Materials of different states should be selected according to the working conditions and stress conditions of the parts; T6 and T651 materials are suitable for the manufacture of high strength and high fracture toughness structural parts without special requirements against stress corrosion cracking, that is, high strength tough parts; T76 and T7651 materials are suitable for the manufacture of high-strength parts that are resistant to stripping and corrosion; The T7351 status material is suitable for the manufacture of high strength and toughness structural parts resistant to stress corrosion cracking.
For complex parts, it is best to use fine-grained 7475 alloy sheet superplastic process. 7475-T76 aluminum sheet has been used in the manufacture of aircraft wing skin, O state sheet after forming and then quenching and aging T76 state is the material for the manufacture of aircraft fuselage reinforced version, T7351 thick plate is a good material for the manufacture of aircraft joints and fuselage beams.
7475 alloy melting temperature 477℃~638℃, has good oxidation resistance, its general corrosion resistance and 7075 alloy equivalent. T76 and T7651 state plates have high spalling corrosion resistance, and T7351 state material has good stress corrosion cracking resistance.
